Mine is a few years old, had the hex head bolt. Fiber gasket was fine, but i was able to rotate the assembly by hand. My mechanic reinstalled with two copper washers per the current instructions. Looks good after my test flight.

My answer to the 1” square socket problem. 1” to 3/4” adapter with a 12 point 7/8” socket stuck on the square 3/4” male end. Glad to have the SB done, although mine had never leaked with the fiber gasket.

Paul, you have a 1" to 3/4" adapter you must work on Kubota Tractors.

Strangely enough I have two of those adapters and no 1” drives...don’t know if I could pick up a 1” drive ratchet anymore!
