How much for a used iCom A23?

Hey all,

Ran into a used iCom A23 for sale here. The lady wants $125 but i needs a new battery. She has a cigarette lighter charger only. Is this a good price for a used one or not?

Hawkeye, the IC-A23 lists for $329 w/battery in the Aircraft Spruce catalogue... the IC-A23 Sport lists for $239 no battery. Battery $70.
