Need Motor

Post by Boiler Bill »

I have a friend that has a 170 B and needs a complete engine that he can bolt on and fly. Anyone know of one? He lives near Monroe Washington state.
His plane is a 1955 170B

Thanks

Hey, Bill... tell your friend to join up if he wants to place a free ad for an engine. (You too!)

GaHorn your right about that, I will send my dues in right away. Thought I was going to have to sell all my planes and get out of aviation the way taxes hit me this year, then got audited at the same time. Its kinda like having total engine failure at night. Gets your attention fast.

By the way, our SuperCub flyin that I put on every year is coming up and alot of 170s and other planes come in from all over the U.S. Good time to try out your short field take off and landing skills. Takes place in Washington State near Snohomish by Harvey Field. Flyin is June 27, 28th and 29th every year. Anyone interested, let me know.
