Private Messages

Post by 170C »

Hey George, Dale or other computer geeks. This computer challenged member needs a layman's (ie: simple, step-by-step) instruction how to empty a full folder. I have a message that there is one private message for me, but some folder is full. Assistance appreciated.

Kinda scary isn't it that somebody is out there flying an airplane and can't figure out how to access his private messages

Go to your message INBOX, and look down at the lower-right for a "pull down" menu and click on it, and pull down "delete messages". Then select the messages you wish to delete (put a check-mark next to them), then click on "Go" and then confirm the deletion. Your inbox should then be able to accept additional incoming. (I hate this particular method of dealing with PM's but that's what we're stuck with in this newer software.)

An originality nut (mostly) for the right reasons. ;)
