Biannual flight review Q?

Post by skippy2 »

Ok I'm sure most of you understand this but I'm having a brain fart day trying to understand this reg.
(c) Except as provided in paragraphs (d), (e), and (g) of this section, no person may act as pilot in command of an aircraft unless, since the beginning of the 24th calendar month before the month in which that pilot acts as pilot in command, that person has— we all know the rest...

Soooo, if my review was done 2/1/07 will I not be able to act as PIC after 2/1/09 or 2/28/09??? Could they write it a little more confusing please!!

Brad, this is sort of like the College Professor who continued to cut the distance in half between a male and female student to demonstrate that two parallel lines will not touch. Although in the case of the two students for all practical purposes they were close enough. :)

The post by 2625U got me thinking. Imagine if marriage required a Review every so many years. I don't think I could get my wife to sign my log book.
