Post by canav8 »

All,

This is an absolutely remarkable collection of actual film of Lindberghs New York Paris solo flight duly captioned.

It is in 4 segments and will take a little while but I will guarantee it to be a worthwhile use of your time.

Happy thanksgiving and Merry Christmas to all!

I just had the chance to view this. Upon clicking the link I was surprised to find the website is the home page of a business. I thought I had the wrong link. But very cleverly inset into the instruments on the panel which is the background of the page are the links to this story.

I viewed all four episodes and found it very very interesting. Never having seen this much footage of LIndberg and his airplane I'm glad to have seen it and to know there is so much and find it amazing it exists today.

Thanks for posting the link Doug.
