Just wanted to say Hi to all the members. Been lurking for a while and have learned a great deal about the 170. There is a wealth of knowledge of the 170 within the group and a great attitude of sharing ideas/experiences/help.
I've got a deposit on a 1950 170A and hope to close the deal shortly . I had a '58 J Bonanza years ago and most recently a '47 Cessna 120 until a late spring snow caused the roof of the hangar to collapse onto the 120 .
Looking forward to many pleasant hours in the 170A and meeting some of you folks in the future.
Tom, yes it's the one at PAE. Was out there Sun and spent most of the day checking it out it. Tried to get in touch with you, but you must have been out of town. Hope to have it here in Colorado by this weekend.
