I have now had an opportunity to use my Scout on multiple, short trips (100 n or less) and am getting used to how it works much better. I do not have ADS-B out yet, but its interesting to see where other aircraft are located in my area. When the red alert banner comes on it really gets my attention and on a couple of occasions I never did see the other aircraft, but trust it was as depicted. Also when I see another aircraft that is reasonably close to me and its altitude does not indicate a + or - that would appear to indicate it is at my same altitude. Here at MBT we have a lot of student activity with MTSU's Aviation Operations. Sometimes its looks like a bee hive
. Although I don't have a Stratus unit, I am going to try the declutter feature mentioned on ForeFlights data above.
