Also, AOPA members can consult the AOPA web site, which has a list of prohibited medications. See http://www.aopa.org/members/pic/medical/. If you're taking something that isn't allowed on the FAA's list, you need to ground yourself whether your medical basis is an FAA certificate or a driver's license.
