Ha, I used to pull those same maneuvers with my 150, albeit without all that nasty smoke....he should take better care of his engine....

Really? A stock O-200? I was half afraid to bank more than 45deg in mine...crazy.

Pretty awesome video. Kinda reminded me of the first time I flew my 150, transitioning from a 172 that had much heavier control pressures! After managing to get the plane back down on the ground and slowing my heart rate down to something approximating 3x my age, I tried it again. Much more interesting and a lot less safe. Discovered that I could still be 20+ feet off the ground with less than 750' of runway left and still get down and stopped before running into the grass. Decided then that I needed additional training. Now, over 150 hours later in a 150K, that type of flying looks like a lot of fun.
