Birds and squirrels play on them all the time. (high-tension wires....not dangerous helicopters.)

Ever see a squirrel who walked across a 440 transformer lead? Lets just say instant squirrel dinner medium rare for folks in some parts.

I once saw a flaming (on fire) young black bear plummeting down from having climbed a power-pole to avoid rescuers.
Surprisingly, he survived was released.

13,200 volts is (was?) common for overhead distribution in neighborhoods. A squirrel across that results in noise, smoke, and not much else.

Have to wonder what, if any, long term issues the human body may encounter having been in this job? Whatever they get paid to do that work-------IT ISN'T ENOUGH

It would sure be a tough nut if that helocopter crapped out while was crawling down those duplex high lines.
My curiousity is aroused as to what he might find crawling along those cables. He didn't appear to me to have any type of repair supplies, so I kind of gather that he is giving the cables some kind of an inspection.

Blueldr, here is a helicopter for you. very cheap to build. Might even by the type that Bruce flies.

I watched complete video.
Suspected he had been reading 20 year old copies of Popular Mechanics magazine, then he pulls out what appears to be a book called JANES AIRCRAFT OF WORLD.
Noted that battery was not fastened securely. I cannot ride in helicopter with unsecured components. Suspect that tires need air.
Such an obsession to build something. With right training this man could become a very productive employee. Trade that crash helmet for a Hard Hat
I am going to go check my battery BOX.
Regards

Bell and Eurocopter be forewarned! I can envision fleets of these taking over the helicopter industry
