My friend, Ray Broadbent, took off from Searcy, Ar.(KSRC) Monday afternoon in route to Elk City, Ok (KELK) in a Cherokee N113WS. He is missing and the search area is in rough terrain in southeastern Oklahoma. Your prays for his safe rescue are appreciated.

I guess that praying for a lost pilot may be somewhat soothing to the one doing the praying, but if a guy owns an airplane it seems to me that strapping it on his ass and going out and helping in the search might be more productive.

Yeah, well that isn't as easy as it would seem.

Admittedly, if you live in Maryland and the lost plane is in Oklahoma, praying is probably somewhat easier than searching.
