Curious about N2815C

Greeting All,
In my never ending quest to purchase my own airplane (it will happen some day), I am curious if anyone has in information on N2815C. Seems to have been for sale for quite awhile. Most 170's I seem to key in on have sold fairly quickly, this has lingered for awhile...why?

Owner is a member but hasn't been on in awhile. Beautiful plane for sure. Seems priced pretty fair.

Where is it listed? Have you called to inquire? Perhaps the answer will be obvious after talking to the seller....or perhaps it's a simple matter and the perfect example for you.

Not to mention the price has dropped considerably lately
