Anyone have any experience with Rejex on your plane? Supposed to be better than vrs wax's to make bugs easier to remove and supposedly won't harm our windshields. Sort of expensive compared to the usual wax products I have been using so just wanted feedback.

Used it on leading edge. Better than wax. How much better? Hard to say but I keep using it.

As we are not to use Rainex on our plastic windscreens the next best thing and makes washing windscreens easier is green potatoes. Just cut them in half and with a CLEAN windscreen rub them all over . Let dry and polish with a clean cloth. Water will not stick to the windscreen .

Been using Rejex for years, great stuff for paint in good shape. No abrasives so will not remove oxidized paint. Use fine grit rubbing compound first to polish paint if not already shiny. You can polish the whole plane several times with one bottle. A $30 random orbital from Home Depot works great and remove haze with microfiber towel. Follow the instructions and keep out of sunlight for 12 hours after application. It's made to make exhaust stains easier to remove from helicopter tail booms.
Frank, we missed you at the Gainesville fly-in today.
