I agree, Knox Ridge is in beautiful country. I flew my 180 right across Knox Ridge in June flying from Rapid City to Lethbridge on my way to Alaska. Did not land though, trying to make the planned Customs ETA.
p.s. Knox Ridge is pretty flat
