Fuel line clamp, holes and discoveries above the headliner

A couple questions as I inspect above the headliner:

1. Does anyone know a part number, source or alternate for the fuel line support clamp in the photo? This is above the headliner just to the right and left of the fuel tank vent in my 55. I couldn't find it in the parts catalog on pages 105-105. Is a cushioned adel clamp the modern equiv?

2. There are a handful of old fastener holes in the outer skin of the fuselage. Given the clusters and location, these are likely from old antenna or equip mounting. They have been sealed with various combinations of machine screws, washers and nuts. There are a couple that are leaking. What is the preferred method of closing these up? Would a soft rivet be a cleaner choice depending on the hole DIA?

3. How the heck does the fuel vent not allow water entry to the fuel system?

Thank you in advance if you can provide assistance.

#1 Yes an Adel clamp might be a modern equivalent. The originals are not available. I've installed new cushioning on one or two of mine.

#2 A soft rivet may be the perfect "plug" for the hole. It surely doesn't stand out to 170 experts as much as a screw. But a well sealed screw can work just as well. Your preference really.

#3 This is an unsolved mystery to which we still seek an answer. How do you think most water stays out?

Here’s a thread that discusses those clamps. Bruce shows a nice method of refurbishing them.
