Buying a 180--need help

I have put a contract and a deposit on a 54 180 after being so heart broken for the past 24 months since I sold my 170. Since it's been a while since I have bought an airplane I forget what paperwork I need to have upon execution of the purchase? I know I need:
1. cashiers check for the seller
2. an official Bill of Sale (where can I get one?)
3. some FAA registration form for me to send in after the sale?(where can I get one?)
4. IF THERE IS ANYTHING ELSE I FORGET
And of course I need to recieve ARROW with the plane(less registration), from the owner. I bounced aroung the faa.gov site but didn't find any clear answers.
Thanks in advance for the help. If the prebuy goes well I think I might have a new 180 and maybe Harold H won't be the only one with a 180 at the 170 flyin.
