The International Cessna^® 170 Association

It seems that the previous owner who built my shop neglected to put a vapor barrier/visqueen down before pouring the concrete floor. The floor is very damp in the winter and there is a lot of efflorescence. I've thought about coating the floor with an epoxy coating but am afraid it would just blister up. Any suggestions on concrete sealers or other solutions would be apprecitated.

I have seen several floors that had no moisture barrier underneath coated with UGL floor paints. They make an epoxy and a latex type. The epoxy is 'one part' and cleans up with water, so I think it just has epoxy fill for durability, and is a water born material.
