I frequently cannot get a You Tube video to play properly. It either plays a short while then interrupts and I have to "refresh" several times (each time successively better...or NOT.... OR...it will not play at all.

I've got a high speed cable connection with a wireless router, so ...what's up?

My system does that occasionally. I attribute it to my outdated operating system (Windows ME), but I'm not sure.
