Either AOPA or FAA has instituted a new navigational system which alters the centuries-old compass system.

In an announcement today regarding a Presidential TFR:
"FAA TO ESTABLISH TFR OVER HOUSTON, TX, ON FRIDAYA NOTAM has been issued that will restrict flight in the area during President Obama's planned visit. Maybe that's including tax.

Are you referring the temporary Presidential TFR for Oct. 16th..??? or the permanent Presidential TFR in Dallas...???
