The Cessna 170 (all models) does not have a "poh" (Pilot Operating Handbook) as that document was not required at the time of certification.
Cessna issued instead an "Owners Manual" which is an unapproved document. The AFM (Airplane Flight Manual) is a one-page document which IS approved and provides the performance data required at the time of certification.
The 170 A Landplane-model "V" speeds with which we are commonly familiar these days are not published as-such...but they can be reasonably determined from the information provided in the above documents. The speeds are listed in "True Indicated Air Speed" Standard conditions, in miles per hour.
Vso = Power off -58 Power on- 52
Vsf = Power off - 53 Power on- 49
Vx = 76
Vy = 89
Va= 115
Vfe= 100
Vno=140
Vmo/Vne= 160
See Section II of the Owner's Manual for recommended handling techniques.
Hope this helps.
