Nice 170. Seems there are at least one or two local folks we might meet in July.

Arash, welcome to the association. You have joined a super group as you will find out at convention. Your plane looks really nice. I look forward to seeing it in person in July. Your RED plane is sharp and those of us in the know can feel warm and fuzzy knowing that even though it is RED now, it has a GREEN heritage

WELCOME to the club, looks like your aircraft could be a winner (almost guaranteed if a certain judge was to mistakenly find some St. Pauli Girl lying on the floor) at the upcoming convention awards.

Nice looking plane Arash, do the vortex generators help at all?? Hope to meet you in July if we can get through the Arizona smoke.

You can go A LOT slower than 60 and still have the control feel of 70. Like right down to the wing stalling and dropping and you use the ailerons to pick it back up. I use to demonstrate 90 degree aileron turns with the airspeed reading so slow it was unreliable. Sink rate during the demos could be as high a 1500fpm.
I sometimes miss my VGs and big flaps I don't have with my current A model.
