Hi all, I just just the group via PayPal, not sure what happened next. I am expecting someone to show up and wash my car or something. ha. I look forward to getting to know you all. I have a Cessna 140 and I am look at 170's right now. Best, BlakeInAlabama

Blake, welcome to the group! May you have good luck on your search for a 170. Just let us know when you want your car washed and we will send George or Bruce right over. From what I understand, you are responsible for providing the beer.

George usually covers the car washes in areas south of the Mason Dixon line unless of course one is required in the north.

What happens next (besides the car wash) is a BIG colorful TIC170A logo appears as your avatar and you get member privileges here at the forum. Welcome to the Association.

Blake, now you get access to The TradeMart, Members Intercom, The Members Only page, as well as discounts and first-come to available parts, not to mention the quarterly "The 170 News" and the monthly "The Flypaper".
The car wash advice is free... all you have to provide is the beer, labor, water/rags and WD-40!
Oh, yeah, one more thing... you have 120 days to host a Fly In at your local airport or you have to host a convention in 2014.
