PRINTING THE FLYPAPER

I need someone with computer skills to advise how to eliminate a problem I have been having for several months. When Jan emails me the FLYPAPER, I typically click on the "download" so I can see the newsletter, then click on File & Print. What is occurring is (using the most recent one as an example) the article Jim wrote comes out as it should, but the heading above his photo, all of the data at the top of the page, the words "January 2011" and similiar headings on other pages all come out in some gibberish. Must be something I am not doing, but other items sent to me print perfectly. What gives :?

Sounds like you're using your browser to print the Flypaper. Try saving it on disk as a .pdf file, open it (Acrobat Reader will start), and then print it from Acrobat.

John is probably on to it. Your probably not viewing the PDF with Acrobat Viewer. Try purposely opening Acrobat then opening the file and see if it prints and report back.
