Big diference in CHT

Is it normal big diferences in CHT temperature per cylinder. I just installed a multi-probe CHT and found that cylinder 5 and 6 are the coolest; 1,3,4 have similar temperature and number 2 is aproaching red line. Should I be worried on this big diference? The CHT gauge that I installed is not of high quality, just installed to have an idea on what is going on. But now I am concerned. Please let me know your thoughs.

That confirms what Cessna said way back in the '50's... #2 cyl is hottest in CHT and leanest in EGT. Perhaps you should enrichen the mixture a bit, and be certain your cooling baffles are in good condition and are held tight against the #1 and #2 cyls. (Don't let the wind blow the baffles back away from the cylinders. Remember that the air should be forced downward through the cylinders for proper cooling,...not pass around them.)
