Does anybody have a shop that they would recommend to do a prebuy in the Pontiac Michigan (Detroit) area? Thanks in advance for any assistance. Really appreciate the wealth of knowledge on this board.

Welcome to the world of 170s!
I don't know any shops in the area but Bruce Sdunek, a long-time 170 owner, is just west of there in Howell. Look him up in the Association directory; he might be able to recommend someone.
