If your wondering what he's talking about it is the information displayed at the bottom of the forum board index page.
Wouldn't it be nice if we actually had 842 members online all at once. Or maybe it wouldn't be. I could only imagine the questions we would have to answer.
I suspect that at that particular moment we had a lot of members and web crawlers (google bots) hitting the forum. I'll look at the logs and see if I can see what was going on.

Oh, thank goodness 
for a bit there I thought a new law had been passed and some new code word for a substance (which only makes me feel older not knowing the codes) was deemed to be ok for consumption. 10-4
