Air Filter

Post by Deputydog »

I am wanting to change my air filter. Can anyone help me identify this so I can order a replacement filter? It seems like its a solid one piece unit

This is on my 1950 170A, which I bought last August.

I can’t see the backside but look similar to the Donaldson #P10-7172 which is the replacement for the OEM (Cessna) C-294510-0301.

They cost about $130 from places like Spruce, etc. (And a large reason many folks convert to the Brackett system ( complete kit is BA5110...about $70... which has replacement elements (BA6108) for less than $10)
