BC 170 down at “ remote” airstrip. I hope its not one of our members and hoping for The recovery of the survivor.

I heard it was a C-140, not a 170. A real loss either way. It sounds like this gal was quite the character.

It was reported to be a 170 yesterday A subsequent news report Today showed clips of I believe the involved pilot with a 140, so you could be right Jon .

It was a 140. Sad loss, she was a pillar of the local aviation community.
