I bought an engine
I impulse purchased a O-470-11B with some military paperwork. Paperwork declares a sudden stoppage. Now I need to figure out what to do with it. I figure I have 3 options: 1: try to unload it as is 2: send the cam and crank for inspection and then sell 3: “field overhaul” and sell. I don’t know what the L19/O1 market is like for engines. I do know that the airframes are very far outside my financial grasp.
