Good afternoon, all,
There was an older thread discussing this, however it was 10 years ago, thus I figured I'd start anew.
I would like to add a ground power receptacle to my 170B. I cannot find the bracket, nor can I find a drawing of one to fabricate one. Does anyone have either a bracket, or the data to make one?
Is there an installation drawing to show the proper (i.e. OEM) installation?
I understand the original receptacle is no longer available, but that a AN2552-3A (now MS3506-1) is an acceptable substitute. Is that a true statement?
Any help would be appreciated.
All my best,
Rob

I am pretty sure I have a few NOS receptacle's and brackets for a L19 in my hangar. I am not sure of the part number but I could take some pictures if you think it would be helpful. If you are interested, Send me a PM.

It looks to me that the AN2552-3A is acceptable.

Could someone post a picture of this installed on an aircraft in the factory location?
