THIS video is NOT an aircraft engine…it is about a truck diesel engine…and MOST of the video is of no interest to us as aircraft owners…. But a short portion of it is High-Speed video of valve and valve-spring actions while an engine is Running… and I found it fascinating.

Note: Looking at the rocker-arm movement in the video causes me to suspect the two examples are not running the same RPM…so I’m not certain it’s a valid comparison…. But, it’s an interesting view.
