Hangar Insurance

Hello , wondering what insurance companies members are using to get the best rates on hangar insurance.I own my hangar but lease the ground from the county. they require insurance. Thank you

If you have a Port-A-Port hangar I’d suggest calling Angie Renaud at Wholesure Aviation. 833-817-2376. Until last year this Port-A-Port hangar owner’s insurance program was under Falcon Insurance Agency. I think it’s the same program with a new name/provider. If you don’t have a Port-A-Port, I’d suggest looking at what EAA or AOPA offer.

Have a look at your airplane insurance and see if it has something called Hangar Keepers" coverage.
