C-170 In The News

Post by 170C »

Noticed a photo of N2767D on page 24 of the July issue of America's Flyways magazine (http://www.americasflyways.com). Caption with photo said the plane was one of a fleet @ Cochise College near Douglas, AZ. 170 directory shows it belongs to member James Timm.

That is about 20 miles from me which around here makes it practicly next door. They have had it there for years but it doesnt fly a whole lot. Occasionally it comes over to pick up one of their pilots when they drop a plane off for radio work. Been a while since I saw it. Some use for tail wheel endorsements I hear Brian
