Prices of these airplanes

I've been following this website and forums for about 6 months or so (Trade-a-Plane as well). Is it my imagination or has the sale prices of these airplanes taken a jump in the last 2 months or so?

Hmm...I hadn't noticed that. Usually prices tend to drop a little this time of year and go up again just before spring. If you're still looking for a plane, I guess my 170A is for sale, though I haven't listed it yet. The wife just isn't comfortable in small planes. Let me know if you're interested.

Guess I'm just imagining things. For awhile it seemed like there was usually 2 or 3 in T-a-P for less than 30K, and currently there is only 1 (Which, coincidentally, is also in Memphis).

One of my buds is an FO on the 300, I'm FO on the 320 for the red tails. I know of a couple of 170's at Charles Baker airport and there's one 170B at West Memphis tied down outside

Mine is the only one I know of at Dewitt Spain.
