Sample partnership agreements
Does anyone have a good sample partnership agreement for three (3) partners? I am researching this for a possible partnership. Thanks in advance for your help.

AOPA can be a huge help with this if you're a member. Their web site has lots of information here: http://www.aopa.org/members/files/guides/multiple.html

i have been in two partnerships
with two different great guys,
and...didn't like either arrangment!!
have been a solo owner for the past 25-30years!
i'd rather have a smaller airplane
and own all of it then a bigger faster one
and have 2-3 partners!!
