I am working in Hunt Valley at the end of November. I found Tinsley Airstrip on Airnav.com:

Interesting that it is not on a sectional....
Anywho... anybody know anything about the strip? If 40C is ready by then, it would be great to fly down, and Tinsley is close to Hunt Valley.

Just a guess, but I'd say that since the strip has been there since 1959 and still isn't on the sectional, the owner REALLY doesn't want unannounced visitors. Wouldn't hurt to give him a call and ask, though.
