The Alliance FBO toll free number is: 800-318-9268
Call them and ask.
There are numerous airports in the area, and lots of fellow TIC170A members in the area. (Any of us know a good suggestion for William?)
I'm thinking of:
http://www.airnav.com/airport/KFWS
http://www.airnav.com/airport/9F9
http://www.airnav.com/airport/KGKY
and perhaps the best choice is the one just immediately north of Alliance:
http://www.airnav.com/airport/52F
maybe the second best choice is:
http://www.airnav.com/airport/T67
Getting in/out of the area is easy, just be certain to talk to Regional Approach (Freq: 118.1 ) at least 40 miles out.

The cheapest fuel in north Texas is usually found @

Today's guaranted price $3.31. Hangar probably available, although a rental car could pose a problem. Try to eat @"Babes" in Roanoke at least once assuming you like chicken or chicken fried steak!

George forgot to include GPM (Grand Prairie) which is about 6 miles from Arlington. Friendly folks, good food at on field restaurant, etc. Personally, I would recommend Northwest Regional due to its close proximity to Alliance. Might find some friendly folks over at Hilltop Estates which is a residential airpark just Southeast of Alliance.
Come and have fun and enjoy the Texas hospitality. There is an airshow at Alliance this weekend also.

I do thank you for all of your suggestion. I haven't decided which one but renting a rental car will be the deciding factor. All I have got to do now is hope for good flying weather. I am going to miss the airshow but we just had one here in the Memphis area at Millington, which brought the Blues & also the Snowbirds. .........Gary
