where is the best place
to buy a complete set of drill bits?
also, i bought a TIG welder.
where is the best place to
buy TIG supplies (other than where i bought the welder)?

http://www.jlindustrial.com has a complete line of all things tools - look for some good sales in their monthly catalog
Our 172/170 or a 171 is known as tweener

Iowa-
Costco regularly has drill bit sets for cheap and some of them are pretty good, Titanium coated stuff. I've had good luck with two different sets.

Northern Tool also has welding supplies.

If you get a chance go to Boeing surplus. I visit the store in Kent Wa. whenever I'm in the Seattle area. They sell drill bits by the pound, double helix most with pilots and quick change fittings on the end.
