I have four messages still in my OUTbox, from several months ago. This means that their intended recipients have not retrieved them from their INboxes.
Please CHECK your messages occasionally, expecially if you have asked me for parts/mx assistance.

Also, the PHPBB software should default to launching a popup notifying you that you have unread messages, if you are logged in when you check the forum (you can confirm this by going to your User Control Panel ). However, if you have a popup blocker running, whether aftermarket or the built-in feature of Firefox or Internet Explorer, the popup won't display. You can usually add an exception to allow popups for a specific website address.
This is nice because often the notification email sent by the server will be falsely identified as spam by many spam filters.
