Cessna 170 Pictures - Now with Step by Step Instructions!

Those of you desiring to post and share pictures can now do so at:

http://www.c170.com

Here is what you do:

1. Got to http://www.c170.com

2. Click the Cessna 170 Pictures Link

3. Click "New Nested Album" in the upper right of the screen.

4. Click "Add Photos"

5. Upload the Photos

6. You are done! There is NO NEED to login or use the login prompt. It is a open site.

I'll be happy to answer questions if this is not clear as mud.

Steve I tried to go to your 'link' and couldn't get it to work.

FYI there is already a good photo site, managed by one of our former participants, Susan Grahm. There are lots of photos of 170s there. Check it out.

Yes, it has not propogated on the internet yet. Should be up in a day or so. c170pics.org is a nice site, been there many times.

Some people were whining about not being able to post their own pictures, they can do so at the c170.com site, and include them in posts with thumbnails without causing any degradation to the C170 Association server. More on that later...

You should not need one. If you go to the 170 pictures section and hit "create new nested album" that is all there is too it.

I can assign UN and PW's if people want...

SJ, that's a beautiful panel you've got there! How's about a few close ups? Is that an original artificial horizon I see in there?

Steve, that site of yours is really a great - please NO User Name or Passwords ! Whar size picture files would you prefer ? 640x480 ? 320x240? I imagine smaller would be better.

Rudy, no passwords or usernames, you can post the pictures yourself right now and create new albums as well.
