Trip to MSP

Post by N8293A »

Would any of the Twin CIties folks have a recomendation on finding hangar space for next week? If I can find something reasonable I may fly up on 2/2 and stay until 2/7, and I would like to find a nice cozy hangar for the week. I am open to using any of the satelite airports, ANE, MIC, SGS, STP. The FBO I called at MIC quoted $50.00/night. That is a little too pricey. Any recomendations would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Steve

Here's another one @ FCM I friend of mine's daughter takes lessons from him and he is a nice person. If he doesn't have anything he may know of someone.

Good Luck and enjoy your stay!

Inflight is based at Modern Avionics, on the southeast side of the field (not to be confused with Modern Aero, which is on the north side). Modern Avionics number is (952) 941-2783 or (800) 525-2783. They have several hangars, and may be able to get you out of the weather. Good people, too -- tell Kurt or Gloria I said hi! :D

if it's a heated hangar $50 won't pay for the heat lost when they open the door to put you inside. isn't winter great
