Not near as much fun as shooting them, but maybe this is the way to control the hogs on that Austin, TX ranch...

Just to clarify... javelinas and feral hogs are not the same creature. The "incursor" at my place was a feral-hog, probably a descendant of hogs let-loose by early Spanish explorers, known in AR as "razorbacks".

I'm surprised that when the flash set-off they didn't destroy your camera. Maybe I should put one up at my main gate as a security idea to see who comes/goes when I'm not around. :idea:
