Paul,

I woke up to similar sights last Wednesday; Highway Patrol escorting traffic on the freeway due to ice and snow. We got into the 70's over the weekend, expecting 80's today... Dontcha just LOVE spring!

Last week Ina and I flew a C-206 to Alaska from Idaho. The runway at home was covered in ice on Thursday when we arrived. With CAVU and temps in the 50's the runway is dry today. Winter is over!

Paul,

I traded my FLH Shovelhead for my dad’s polished 170A – plus some cash. He has since purchased a newer Harley with all the money he saved by not having the 170. :(

Your photo almost looks like it could have been taken in front of my Hangar.

The Shovelhead (81 Lowrider) belongs to my wife Karen. We had to lower it significantly so she could stand flatfooted with it. It's a little small for me - I kind of look like I am riding a mini-bike when I ride it  . It's a struggle keeping up with the oil leaks. Like any good old cast iron Harley - if it ain't leaking oil, you are out of oil. Hoping we get time and weather to do some riding this summer though.
