Well,
I guess I should have been clearer  What I would like to read is the SB for the rudder kit for the Cessna 150 and 152. That is associated with AD 2009-10-09. Thanks ....Brad

Cessna SB's are proprietary and must be obtained from a Cessna distributor or from Cessna Publications, Wichita, KS. (Why can't they be like TCM and simply let owners read them?!)

Go to your closest Cessna dealer and visit with their mx dept. I'll bet they'll let you read it.

Meanwhile, the AD probably gives sufficient information to satisfy your curiosity. Due to two accidents in which the rudders exceeded design control-limits the AD requires either one of two possible actions: 1) Install a placard prohibiting spins/acrobatics. (sic) or 2) replace the original rudder stops with new stops that incorporate a locknut instead of safety wire. Estimated cost about $410 per airplane for parts and labor. The Service Kits are either (P/N) SK152-25A
or (P/N) SK152-24A. The applicable airplanes are Cessna 150F and subsequent, or various following models (A150, FA150, F150, and all 152 models to serial FA1520425.

Notice that the two service kits have an "A"-suffix. Previous service kits which have been installed (those without the "A") do not meet the requirements of the AD note. (The earlier/previous service kits had nutplate/washer issues and may not be applicable to certain bulkheads.)

Read carefully the entire AD note and commentary and I think your curiosity will be satisfied.

Thanks George,
I have the new AD.....I would have swore that I read the SB in the last two or three weeks....and thought I read it here. Again thanks....Brad
Well I'm editing my last post.....Apparently I over think things most of the time....after reading your post again....I realized, I hadn't read the SB, but the preamble to the AD..... what I was looking for was the allotted time to make the repair.it was there in the preamble........Thanks for your time....that's why we love you George......Your always there to give a hand....Brad

Are you sure that it is 2009-10-09 and not 2008-10-09. It would seem that this is in the future. I might be wrong but but maybe? V/R Doug
