2010 C170 Calendars - Now Shipping!

Post by doug8082a »

Hi Folks,
I am now taking orders for the 2010 Cessna 170 Calendar. This is a professionally printed 13 month calendar (12/09 - 12/10) with photos supplied by fellow 170 owners. Pictures include: U.S. (Alaska, Colorado, Mississippi, Utah, Wisconsin), Canada, Brazil, and other locations. In addition, special dates have been identified on the calendar: Sun-n-Fun, TIC170A Convention, and AirVenture.

This is a personal project on my part, however, ALL profits over and above my costs for printing/shipping will be donated to TIC170A.

United States and Canada Orders
For all orders from within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii) and Canada - $13 (USD) per calendar.

International Orders
For all orders from outside the United States and Canada - $16 (USD) per calendar.

Order/contact info:
My email address is "mowryd@hotmail.com", so feel free to contact me if you have a question. My phone number is in the TIC170A members directory, so you can also call me if you wish.

If you wish to mail a check, please make it out to "Douglas Mowry" and mail it to :
Douglas Mowry
PO Box 791
Douglas, MA 01516

I also accept Paypal @ "mowryd@hotmail.com" if you prefer.

When ordering please include the following:
Name
Shipping address
Quantity requested
Some method of contact (email, phone, etc.) in case there are any hangups.

If you are unfamiliar with Paypal but want to use it, proceed as follows:
Go to http://www.paypal.com - click "Send Money", on the right is a box entitled "Send Money" - follow the instructions to register (it's free) and send your payment to "mowryd@hotmail.com". There is a place for you to include a note to indicate your order quantity and shipping information.

International orders will also be accepted, however, please keep in mind that this is a U.S. calendar with U.S. holidays. The ability to gaze at beautiful C170s throughout the year should outweigh any inconvenience caused by non-applicable or missing holidays!
You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.

Is May 22nd particularly noted in any way on the 2010 calendar?

Paying with PayPal without the FEE

Post by alaskan99669 »

If I'm reading PayPal fee terms correctly, it looks like they impose a 2.9% fee on the receiver of the funds if you send money under the "Purchase" tab of the "Send Money" page. If instead you click on the "Personal" tab on the same page and send the money that way, there is no fee imposed on either party as long as the money is withdrawn from a bank account and not from a credit card. This appears to be within PayPal guidelines if you are sending money to "Friends and Family" and hey, we're all friends here, right?

The 2010 C170 Calendars are now shipping. There is still plenty of time to order those Christmas gifts! Makes a nice way to say "thanks" to those folks who have helped you out throughout the year.
