That looks like a stock kettle. How long do you usually cook one of that apparent age to get it really tender?

Miles, I have to ask... Is the E on the end of BSCE to mean their is a new "Engineer" in your family ?? No matter, I'm sure your very proud and so should she be as well. Congratulations - and have a great holiday while were at it :)

I DID THE MATH AND HER STUDY/DOLLAR RATIO IS $2.78 PER HOUR= = :lol: = = CHEAP AT ANY PRICE

CONGRATS TO THAT GAL AND I ASSUME THE DEGREE IS "BACHELOR OF SCIENCE - CIVIL ENGINEERING"- -

Yep, both right. A new Civil Engineer in the world. Yeah, Ole Gar, a good investment considering that she could very well make it back and then some her first year on the job. One of the other kids' mortarboard was more directly to the point: HIRE ME!

Actually, Amanda deferred a job offer to take advantage of a free-ride fellowship to do some research in water resources management while she works on her master's degree. We'll be back in Knoxville for graduation take two in about a year and a half.

It's a different little face than I recall from years-past. I remember seeing her at convention, etc. and usually think of her still as a little girl! It sure is FUN to watch these children in the association grow up!
