Don't know if you got it figured out yet, but this is what I do

Go to your pictures and right click on the one you like,
a tab will open with Preview,Print, Edit, Rotate....etc etc scholl down to "Open With" then click on Microsoft Picture Manager
your picture will open in a new window and up on top there is a tab that says "Edit pictures" click on that
off to the right there is "resize" click on that
you want to "predefine the Width and Height"
the sizw you want is "Web Large 640x480" click on that

when you close "Save" the change"

now when you upload here it will be the correct size.

If I can help send me a p.m. with a phone number to call you. I'm not very good at computers but I will help with what I can

A bit more information about photos which might help. The Webmaster informed me that the limit is 2000 x 2000 pixels. But after about half hour of experimenting it seems file size is the limit not the pixel size. I found I could upload a .jpg file which is 2.1MB but not 2.3MB. Didn't matter what the pixel dimensions where.

But of course pixel dimension has the greatest effect on the total file size. A 2000 x 2000 pixel photo will render an image about 6.5 inches square which is a nice size to stay within and should be well within the file size limitation.

So I'd say please reduce your photos to 2000 x 2000 at least and while your at it you can reduce the DPI from 300 or what ever it is to 72 DPI which is the max a monitor can show regardless.

Thanks Bruce
I really like this idea, as you well know I REALLY like pictures of everybodies planes :D
Good idea too about a face to go with the plane ....but just incase some people are "bashfull".....the plane will be fine too.

I also forgot that maybe a brief 1 liner of year make and model and maybe how long you've owned it.

Anyway it's a great start...I'm excited :D :D to see more and more pics.

GREAT IDEA!!!!!
