Wanted: 170B paint schemes

Post by minton »

Is there any resource for 170B paint schemes? I've seen many that I could put together for my pending paint job but my memory is not that good anymore to recall them all.

What year would you like? The association has some paint drawings.

Bruce,

If there is an accurate drawing of a 1953 color scheme, I would be interested in that. How would I go about getting one?

Ryan,

Your in luck We have a blueprint for the '53 and '54 models. We also have a blue print that shows placement of some graphics on a '56 moodel which also shows most of the scheme but with no dimensions.

Call Jan at headquarters to get a copy with we sell for a few dollars. (307) 587-6397

Here's a '53 model:

50th Anniversary of Flight Model. Winner-Best Original 170B, 100th Anniversary of Flight Convention.
An originality nut (mostly) for the right reasons. ;)
