What is the difference between MIL-G-81322 & MIL-PRF-81322F?

Is Aeroshell 22 MIL-PRF-81322F a good choice for wheel bearing grease?

Joe, Mil Specs are available online (but I don't remember just where.) But I recommend you just go down to WalMart and buy a small tube of Marine and Boat Trailer wheel bearing grease. It's waterproof, designed for wheel bearings that get a lot more abuse than your airplane, and is acceptable in the eyes of both Timken and Cessna.
(Boat trailers are run down the highway until hot, then plunged underwater at the boat ramp. They are rarely ever removed and re-greased in the lifetime of a boat owner. That green-colored waterproof Marine/Trailer grease is very resistant to being washed out, which is the main problem of aircraft wheels that taxy thru puddles, get washed with pressure washers, and fly through rain.)

Yes, Aeroshell Grease 22 is specified by Parker Aerospace (Cleveland) for greasing the main wheel bearings in their maintenance books.
I'm sure other greases may work but they list Grease 22 specifically.

The military converted the MIL-G-81322 from the original specification to a performance based (PRF) specification. The MIL-PRF specification superseeded the MIL-G spec.
The same QPL (Qualified Producers List) applies with no change
The last letter "F" simply designates the revision level of the spec.
